INGREDIENTS 1 1/2 cups oats 1 cup pitted dates, about 7-8 1/4 cup shredded coconut flakes, unsweetened 1/4 cup chia seeds 1/4 cup walnuts 1/4 cup peanut butter 1/4 cup coconut milk (or any nut milk you prefer) pinch of sea salt optional: melted chocolate and/or extra coconut flakes for coating the oat balls
