INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/2 cups oats
- 1 cup pitted dates, about 7-8
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut flakes, unsweetened
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1/4 cup walnuts
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup coconut milk (or any nut milk you prefer)
- pinch of sea salt
- optional: melted chocolate and/or extra coconut flakes for coating the oat balls
