INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup coconut sugar
- 2 large eggs, at room temperature
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips, melted
- 1/3 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2/3 cup gluten free flour*
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder
- 1/3 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/3 cup chocolate chips (you can also use peanut butter cups, this is my favorite clean brand)
- sea salt
- 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter, for topping after baked
*My favorite gluten free flour is Bob’s Red Mill paleo or my own recipe here
