INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups gluten free flour*
- 3-4 very ripe bananas mashed (1 1/2 cups), reserve half of banana for top (unmashed)
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar
- 1/2 cup organic grass fed butter (1 stick), softened
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons nut milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
