classic hummus

Homemade hummus is far superior to store bought and this batch takes all of 5 minutes to make. It's as simple as throwing all the ingredients in a blender or food processor. Let it blend together and adjust seasoning to your preference. This is one of my favorite appetizers to make for entertaining or just a snack to ready in the fridge. There is nothing like a creamy, silky smooth hummus paired with some toasty bread, crackers or veg. Trust me - give this one a try.
