INGREDIENTS
- 1 pound skirt steak (flank steak works too)
- Tortillas (I use grain free, these are my favorite)
- Avocado, cubed and gently mashed
- Salsa
For the steak marinade:
- 4 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1/2 white onion, sliced
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/3 cup roughly chopped cilantro
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Fresh black pepper
