- 4 cups kale, roughly chopped (spinach works as well)
- 1/2 cup chicken stock or vegetable stock
- 1 large shallot, sliced
- 1 cove garlic, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoons olive oil or avocado oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Fresh black pepper
- Pinch of red pepper flakes
- Fresh thyme or 1 teaspoon dried thyme
