INGREDIENTS
  • 2 wild salmon filets
  • 1/4 cup coconut aminos (or soy sauce)
  • 1 scallion, thinly sliced
  • 1 jalapeño, finely sliced (use as little or as much as you like based on heat preference)
  • 1 teaspoon hot honey
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon butter, softened
  • Salt and pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Mix all ingredients together and spread onto salmon
  2. Broil for 7-9 minutes
  3. Garnish with more thinly sliced green onion and jalapeño as desired
