INGREDIENTS
- 2 tortillas (I use grain free from Siete)
- 2 eggs
- 2-4 slices of prosciutto
- 2 slices sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/2 avocado, sliced
- Herbs (I use whatever I have on hand – scallions, chives, cilantro are my favorites for this)
- Hot sauce
- Salt & fresh black pepper
