- 2 cloves garlic, peeled
- 1/2 cup walnuts
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese or pecorino romano, grated
- 1 lemon, zest and juice
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- salt and pepper
- Your favorite pasta (this is my favorite gluten free brand)
