- 6 oz gluten free capellini or spaghetti, about half a box (I use Jovial)
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
- 6 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1 shallot, chopped
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/3 cup sundried tomatoes, chopped
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, freshly grated
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- Salt & freshly ground black pepper
- Fresh basil
